Salicylic Acid still render - cycles. We didn't like how quickly the transmission was falling off in Cycles. This is one of the reasons we had Florent render it in Redshift. I hope this glitch gets patched quickly by Blender.
this was an early concept that we left behind because it looked more like inflammation instead of additional nourishment to the skin.

I worked with a team at Zorba Group creating the first two simulations of the Vitamin C and Salicylic Acid with the swirling bubbles. I did early early stages of the expanding bubbles before passing it on to Florent Brissaud, who is far more skilled in Houdini than I, on the France Zorba team who completed the simulation of the expanding bubbles and did final lighting and rendering of all the simulations.
